Your package will be sent by DHL Express please do not ask to send you with a specific cargo. 

You won’t have any customs problems.  Your package will be sent as a cosmetic order, safe and sound without any damages (if so please contact us).

Please be careful about the details of your address and try to complete the address section as detailed as you can (in case of returning the package due to lack of data on your address we cannot take the responsibility).

Tracking info will be provided within at most 2 days after the payment.

Your package will arrive within a maximum of 4 workdays.

Please consider that the delivery on weekends is not available and they will be sent on Mondays.
